Diversity metrics (women in management, paternity leave, gender pay gap)

GET/stable/diversity1 tokens per callNew

Returns the workforce-diversity indicators from the annual securities report for the reporting company and each consolidated subsidiary that discloses them: ratio of women in management, rate of male employees taking childcare leave and the gender wage ratio (all / regular / non-regular employees). All values are 0–1 decimals (0.039 = 3.9%).

How is the gender wage ratio defined?expand_more

Women's pay divided by men's pay. 0.7 means women are paid 70% of what men are paid.

How many tokens does one call use?expand_more

1 tokens per call, regardless of how many rows come back. Your monthly allowance depends on your plan.

Can I get labels in English?expand_more

With neither lang nor Accept-Language, labels such as sector names are returned in English; add lang=ja or send Accept-Language: ja for Japanese. Company and sector names are always returned in both languages as nameJa / nameEn and sectorJa / sectorEn. Field names are the same in both languages.
