Large holders (over 5%)
/stable/large-holders1 tokens per callBusiness+Returns holders of more than 5% as listed from large-shareholding reports in the latest annual securities report, one row per holder, with a link to the source on EDINET. Rows are sorted by holding ratio, largest first. When the annual report lists a group as one total row ("... and N joint holders"), it is returned as one row; for each joint holder see /stable/large-holding-reports. Figures stated in thousands of shares are converted to shares. The holding ratio is a 0–1 decimal (0.0774 = 7.74%).

Why is ratio null on some rows?expand_more
It is null when the reference table has no ratio column, or when the filer's figure exceeds 100% due to a filing error. shares is null when the table has no share-count column.
How is this different from /stable/large-holding-reports?expand_more
This is the yearly reference table in the annual report. large-holding-reports returns each filing as it is made, so you can follow purchases and disposals with dates.
How many tokens does one call use?expand_more
1 tokens per call, regardless of how many rows come back. Your monthly allowance depends on your plan.

Can I get labels in English?expand_more
With neither lang nor Accept-Language, labels such as sector names are returned in English; add lang=ja or send Accept-Language: ja for Japanese. Company and sector names are always returned in both languages as nameJa / nameEn and sectorJa / sectorEn. Field names are the same in both languages.
