What this tool returns
Returns holders of more than 5% as listed from large-shareholding reports in the latest annual securities report, one row per holder, with a link to the source on EDINET. Rows are sorted by holding ratio, largest first. When the annual report lists a group as one total row ("... and N joint holders"), it is returned as one row; for each joint holder see /stable/large-holding-reports. Figures stated in thousands of shares are converted to shares. The holding ratio is a 0–1 decimal (0.0774 = 7.74%).
Description sent to AI clients
Holders of 5% or more, from the large-shareholding-report (大量保有報告書) reference table in the latest annual securities report: holder name, shares, ownership ratio (0-1 decimal; 0.0774 = 7.74%) and source document. Joint holders under 5% each appear on their own row. Complements get_major_shareholders (top-10 table). 有報記載の大量保有報告ベース5%超保有者一覧(大株主本表とは別の参考表)。
