Your price depends on your billing country. Outside Japan, prices are in US dollars and may be shown in your local currency; how tax applies depends on your country and is shown at checkout. Customers in Japan pay in Japanese yen (¥6,980 / ¥39,800 per month excluding 10% consumption tax).
What you can get with ZENITH Code
The data is the same from Free upward, and nearly every endpoint is available from Free (all-company bulk downloads from Pro; investor reverse lookup, large holdings and cross-shareholdings from Business). Otherwise, plans differ in quota and rate limit, the number of API keys, and whether you may show the data to third parties in your own service (Business and above).
Prices and valuation
Daily prices since January 2010, market cap, PER/PBR, dividend yield, and technicals such as moving averages and volatility.
Same-day earnings (TDnet)
Financials are queryable the evening they are announced. Guidance, dividend changes and splits land the same day.
Full-statement fundamentals
Headline P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow metrics plus every line item of the filing in its original hierarchy. Segments and workforce data in the same API.
Major and 5%+ shareholders
Top-10 holders from annual reports and 5%+ holders from large-holding reports, structured per holder, with reverse lookup by investor name (large holdings and reverse lookup from Business).
Events and disclosures
Extraordinary reports (M&A, officer changes), earnings calendar, TDnet disclosure lists with source links, delisting schedule and macro indicators.
Why this price
Prices + fundamentals in one API
Unlike metrics-only services, you get prices, market cap, PER/PBR and dividend yields in the same API as fundamentals.
Same-day data (TDnet)
Financials are available the day they are announced — months ahead of annual-report-based services.
Every line item, with provenance
Full hierarchical statements, not just headline metrics. Most numbers carry the source document ID (TDnet or EDINET) and a link to the original PDF, so you can trace them back.

Monthly limits (tokens) reset on the 1st of each month (UTC), regardless of your billing date. In the month you change plans, the usage you have already made that month counts toward the new limit. Your API keys keep working when you change plans.
FAQ
Does the free plan require payment details?expand_more
No. Sign up and issue an API key immediately — up to 5,000 requests-worth per month.
How is the quota counted?expand_more
Most endpoints cost 1 token per request. Heavy endpoints (full price history, full lists) cost 10–100 tokens. Quotas reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). A request that returns an empty result (no matching data) still counts. Errors (invalid parameters, plan restrictions, rate or quota limits, server errors) do not use tokens.
What happens if I exceed my limit?expand_more
Once your monthly quota is used up you get HTTP 429 — no surprise charges. To keep going, upgrade (the limit rises immediately) or buy extra tokens (from ¥5,000 / $50 for 100,000 tokens, on any plan; they are used automatically beyond your quota).
What are the data sources?expand_more
We parse TDnet (timely disclosures, earnings releases) and EDINET (annual reports, etc.) ourselves. Each financial data row carries the source document ID and a link to the original (null for some rows whose source is not known).
What payment methods are supported?expand_more
Credit cards via Paddle. The Enterprise plan supports invoice billing.
How is my account secured?expand_more
Sign-in supports two-step verification (authenticator-app codes and backup codes) and passkeys. Turn them on under Settings → Security in the dashboard. API keys are shown once when issued, and we keep only a hash that cannot be turned back into the key.
