Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions

The following information is provided in accordance with Article 11 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions of Japan, which governs mail-order and online sales. This English text is a convenience translation of the Japanese notice.

ZENITH Code (an API service for Japanese company financial data). ZENITH Code is the service name; it is operated by Crabgrass Inc. and is not affiliated with any other company with the same or a similar name.

Charges other than the price

You bear the cost of the internet connection needed to use the Service. Prices are shown excluding tax; Japanese consumption tax (10%) is added at checkout. If you purchase from outside Japan, tax is calculated at checkout in accordance with applicable tax law.

Payment timing

The first payment is taken when you subscribe. Subsequent payments are taken automatically at the start of each billing period (the monthly renewal date).

When the service is provided

Immediately after payment is completed (usually within a few minutes), the paid plan's limits are applied to your account.

Returns and cancellation

Because this is a digital service, returns are not accepted once provision has started. Cancellation (stopping the next renewal) can be scheduled at any time from "Plans & Billing" in the dashboard and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The cases in which we refund, such as billing errors or discontinuation of the Service, and the procedure are set out in the Refund Policy (no refunds are given for outages or interruptions).

System requirements

An internet connection capable of HTTPS. The dashboard requires a current modern browser; the API requires an HTTP client that supports HTTPS.

Quantity limits

One subscription per account.

Merchant of Record

Sale, billing, payment processing and tax handling for paid plans are carried out by Paddle.com Market Limited (UK) and its affiliates as Merchant of Record. Receipts and invoices are issued by Paddle, and Paddle's name appears on your card statement.

Qualified invoices

Invoices for paid plans are issued by Paddle, the Merchant of Record. Whether a qualified invoice under Japan's invoice system is available depends on Paddle; you can check the invoice Paddle issues at purchase. Where we invoice the Enterprise plan directly, we issue our own qualified invoices (our registration number: T6011101109921).
