Directors and corporate auditors

GET/stable/directors1 tokens per callNew

From the annual securities report, returns the board members and auditors (or executive officers) with title, name, date of birth, term of office, shares held and career summary. When disclosed, the number of male and female officers and the female ratio (0–1 decimal) are included.

What does the source field mean?expand_more

It shows where the officer data came from: structured XBRL facts when the filing has them, otherwise the officers table parsed from the report.

How many tokens does one call use?expand_more

1 tokens per call, regardless of how many rows come back. Your monthly allowance depends on your plan.

Can I get labels in English?expand_more

With neither lang nor Accept-Language, labels such as sector names are returned in English; add lang=ja or send Accept-Language: ja for Japanese. Company and sector names are always returned in both languages as nameJa / nameEn and sectorJa / sectorEn. Field names are the same in both languages.
