What this tool returns
Returns the daily market cap of one stock, calculated as the split-adjusted close × shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) from the latest disclosed fiscal period, so buybacks and share issuance are reflected. Each fiscal period is used only from its disclosure date, so the past is never rewritten with information that was not yet public. A single request covers at most 10 years, and prices start on 4 January 2010 (or the listing date for stocks listed later).
